Join SharingKindness for a healing yoga class focused on breath work,
meditation and gentle movement designed to help you release,
let go, and relax. The program begins with a welcoming circle
followed by gentle movement and restorative yoga.
Participants can be seated in a chair or on a mat. No
experience is needed; everyone is welcome. Please bring a
mat if you have one.
