Yoga for Grief and Loss

Join SharingKindness for a healing yoga class focused on
breath work, meditation and gentle movement
designed to help you release, let go and relax.

 

The program begins with a welcome circle
followed by gentle movement and restorative yoga.
Participants can be seated in a chair or on a mat.

 

No experience is needed; everyone is welcome.
Please bring a mat if you have one.

 

1:30 pm to 3:00 pm
